I came to pick up my car closer to closing time and what I noticed is how clean the store was. They were wiping down fixtures counters, mopping was being done or customers were not, and everyone was very friendly. Really happy I chose them for my tires. I had a great experience.

The female manager, I believe her name was Katie was very helpful and helped her transaction goes smoothly and quickly. Also, our tires were installed in less than one and a half hours highly recommend them.

I don’t like how I asked prior to install if they’d be able to tell me whether or not I’d need an alignment once they installed tires and he said yes they’d immediately be able to tell, which now seems silly to say since they don’t have an alignment machine at this location. So when I asked at pickup they had no clue. lol. Also, all my tires were at different PSI at pickup which tells me they didn’t even check them or fill them up before handing it off to me. They also left white lube all over my tires. Seemed like a rushed job.
