The customer service is second to none. Always professional, helpful, nice, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Joplin Discount Tire. Their prices are the best and they always honor the certificates. This is the only place I buy tires.

Again, I can not say enough good about the guys at Joplin Discount Tire. They always get me in and complete every task given to them with speed and precision. I see them several times a year (with 4 vehicles sometimes several times a month, lol) and every time it is a positive experience. I always send my friends, family and co-workers there when I can because they are great!!!

My recommendation is that when the customer drops off vehicle then after service the store would LOCK the car as opposed to parking it on the back lot where anyone can get into it. This has happened to me twice at the Joplin store.

Not being mean, I have had better service at Walmart this time. I left the store not knowing what you had done thinking it would be in my paper work, Nope, just a receipt. Didn't know if the tires were out of balance or not, Reason I came in was I had a small out of balance feeling and tires desperately needing rotation. They rotated the tires but did not change the pressure on the tires. I had a Ram diesel 2500 and had the rear tires at 60 and the front was at 80 psi. They rotated the tires without adjusting the pressures or even make the pressure equal between the two front or the two back. I left the store and now have the truck steering pulling to the right because of the unequal tire pressures in the front tires. I came to Discount Tire thinking that was the best place to be to the job done right.
