My experience is too long to write here and I believe the dark haired manager's name was Brandon.. . He took a problem that you're online person created and found a solution with a great attitude. I could not think higher of Mr Brandon and your entire Joplin store. I had never been to a discount tire store and was skeptical of what type of service I might receive there. Because of Mr Brandon's service, discount Tire in Joplin will be my first choice for all of my personal and business tire needs moving forward.

Again, I can not say enough good about the guys at Joplin Discount Tire. They always get me in and complete every task given to them with speed and precision. I see them several times a year (with 4 vehicles sometimes several times a month, lol) and every time it is a positive experience. I always send my friends, family and co-workers there when I can because they are great!!!

My recommendation is that when the customer drops off vehicle then after service the store would LOCK the car as opposed to parking it on the back lot where anyone can get into it. This has happened to me twice at the Joplin store.
