The customer service for this discount tire is superb. I needed a tire replacement (1/4 tires) and they were able to get me a replacement on Christmas Eve. If you have any tire emergency, these guys will do their best to make sure you are taken care of! Excellent services

The store I went to on Six Forks Rd in Raleigh was full of helpful employees. I barely waited before being helped and guided on my tire purchasing journey, and before I knew it they were calling my name to get my car back. The knowledge of the staff made me confident in my purchase, and being able to see them working on my car was neat. I was able to directly observe the care they take when working on vehicles - especially mine when I made the request for lug nuts to be tightened with care (thanks guys!). At no point did I feel hassled or unnecessarily upsold, just an informative pitch on the insurance/additional coverage for the tires which was well worth the price. I will happily recommend this store and employees to anyone and will definitely return to take advantage of my rotations and repairs should they be needed!
