This is a company that rewards loyalty! The more consistent of a customer you are, the better the pricing seems to become. Something more companies should model, as it makes me a proud returning customer. The agents never try to sell you something you don't need, which helps gain your trust. Lucas was a great example of that, doing whatever he could to make sure I was getting the proper help with great honesty and support. He didn't talk down to you, but rather treated you as an equal as he explained everything while fielding your questions in a non-judgmental way. Just good, down-to-earth customer support from the whole team! A big thank you!

I was rushed and I did not appreciate the tech not listening to my concerns in regards to my pressure tire pressure light being on like they brushed my concerns off and then I had to wait a long time even with an appointment like I paid for the service and it was crappy I will not be coming back to discount tire I will not recommend them to any of my family members. I am so disappointed this is like the third horrible experience I have had with this company.

I purchase all my tires from Discount Tires. They offer a wide range of brands, prices are competitive, service is excellent. Their warranty is excellent as on a number of occasions I have needed tire repair and it was done so, without appointment, with no charge.
