All around great customer service!

The only place that I trust for my tires. Prices are fair. All workers are respectful, knowledgeable and accommodating!

The customer service here is outstanding and I was able to get a much better set of tires for a lot less cost than what I expected. The wait time was super short to have my tires replaced, especially because I didn’t have an appointment. I will definitely recommend this location and will be back in the future.

Would like to give Praise to Braxton of the Cleveland Tennessee store. I am a disabled Veteran. I spoke with him on the phone because I could not make my appointment time but needed tires that day before rainy weather anyhow he took great care was friendly polite and respective. Braxton met us outside in the pouring rain when we pulled up. Braxton walked me and my wife in showed us a place to sit. Explained what was going to happen gave me an estimated time of completion and asked if I had any questions or concerns. Braxton made it for us just a low pressure no stress visit to Discount Tires…and from what I saw you guys have a great bunch at the Cleveland Tennessee location. And when it was time to leave they made a way so we wouldn’t get wet from the pouring rain at our departure. You guys need to give that boy a raise…lol or at least make sure you hang on to Braxton…will be and have been a return customer…one more thing the Cleveland Tennessee location was very busy very busy and on the drive home we drove past a couple of other tire store and their parking lots were pretty much empty…Keep up the Good Work

I walked in 15 minutes before closing with a lawnmower tire that needed replacing. Brandon took the time to find the right tire and replace it even though they were closing. He didn't have to do this, but he went the extra mile to provide excellent customer service.

I needed new tires and did my research on Google. Discount Tires had no negative comments. I was impressed by the comments that I did read. A couple there were repeat customers asked me if I've ever been to the store before. I told them no. They told me they would go no where else and I wouldn't be disappointed. They were right!

Mike and Micah were very professional and knowledgeable. They treated me well and did a good job.

I can't remember who helped us. Maybe Ethan? His service was absolutely stellar. He got right to the point and got us what we needed, at a good price. We were in and out of there fairly quick on a Saturday morning. His customer service skills and attitude will 1000% be a reason we return to this location.

Stay away from wiper blade installation and make sure all lug nuts are installed before leaving the store.
