Best service ever - on tires and windshield wiper blades. This business goes above and beyond in customer care and satisfaction. I have already decided and have spread the word to several people about my experience at Discount Tire, and I have decided this is the place where I will try to buy all my tires in the future…,less expensive and the absolute best in customer service.

Alex was extremely helpful and got my tires fixed after an unexpected flat. I only waited about an hour and 15 minutes in the middle of the morning. There were a lot of other cars being serviced ahead of mine and I didn't have much confidence in the wait time that Alex quoted, but my car was ready at the exact time he said it would be. Alex was able to look up my previous financing account so I could pay that way also. He was great to work with. The store was clean (as always), and appreciated the music that was playing.

Had an appointment for new set of tires to be installed. I was told have you in and out in about an hour. Ended up taking about 3.5 hrs. Tech cross threaded two studs which snap off when trying to remove lug nuts. I had to repair myself. Ended up costing additional money out of pocket. I have been doing business with DT for over 20 years, but this last visit has me rethinking my choices.
