Excellent service

I waited about 2 hrs for my tires to be replaced that I booked online. The guy that accepted me was friendly but the guy I asked about my car was rude and didn't want to tell me about my car I had to ask about stuff like my alignment that I wanted looked at. He said they looked at it and that was it. I had to ask for the paper in his hand that had my alignment info. It looked liked it needed work but they didn't ask me if they could fix it which I would've want them to do. So I'm gonna go elsewhere for that. But what got me is I asked about my car after 2 hrs cause they seemed busy but Noone told me it was done in like 30 to 40 min. They called other ppl when their car were done but not mine. After I got impatient I looked in the parking lot I front of the store and in the bays I didn't see my car. So I asked and was told it was parked in the back where the employees parked which was wierd and also my car was left unlocked. Won't be going to this place again. Good time on my car service but bad customer service.
