I brought my tesla m3 in for a tire rotation. I took pictures of where the tires were. I asked the associate how the tires would get rotated and they confirmed it's a cross rotation, as in front to back and back cross to other front side. Upon getting my car back, the driver leather seat was all dirty with grease and I noticed only passenger side tires got moved from front to back and that's it. The driver side tires stayed in the same place and there was no cross move either of course.. This is the second time I brought the car in and I think last time they did the same thing, as in only moved 1 side.. I was going to go back in and mentioned it but I have already waited an hour and I needed to go somewhere else. I was very disappointed in the service at this location and discount tire as a whole because it's somewhat dishonest if not to say fraud in the service being promised and not delivered.
