From start to finish it was a wonderful experience. They took me early, the waiting area was clean for my kids to do schoolwork in, fixed my tire free of change and were so kind and professional towards me and my kids through the entirety of our visit. They earned our business for our next tires for sure! So thankful to have a wonderful experience!

Another Great Experience! Every Employee we dealt with from the phone to the day of install at the Las Estancias Location was Great I definitely recommend this Discount Tire Location.

I have had multiple run-ins with this store not replacing bolts on my center caps. This most recent time the vehicle was returned to me with an entire center cap missing. After questioning the tech about it, he went in the bay and had to find it off the ground. He then proceeded to lie to his manager and state that the vehicle was missing bolts when it was brought in. I normally have an excellent experience with Discount however all of this happened on the same day that two wheel studs were also broken. While waiting for my vehicle to be finished, I witnessed 3 separate tire techs approach my vehicle to assess the severity of the broken studs. Upon realizing it could not be fixed, all 3 techs scattered and began to work on other vehicles. I witnessed my vehicle sit for 15 additional minutes until I approached an associate to ask what was the problem. Scott did his best to remedy the situation and refer me to a vendor for the repair. I completely understand that broken studs are part of the business but I am appalled that none of the techs felt the need to report the damage to the vehicle and all tried to hide their involvement. I will not be returning to this Las Estancias location. Please refer me to a different store in town that will give at least the bare minimum attention to detail.
