Cade and Dom were incredibly helpful and cared about my experience in the store and the safety of my vehicle. Very grateful to those guys!

I've been to the store three times at different times of day, with and without an appointment. It's always busy because they do good work and everyone is hustling really hard to meet high customer demand. I think it could benefit from one or two more headcount because every employee treats customers with care and consideration - it's great and it takes time. If another person or two is in the budget, I'd bet you'd see really big returns.

This store was great. I ordered my tires online on a Sunday and they were there the next day. I had scheduled my appointment for Friday Sept 27, but I called the store an hour before they were to close on Monday and they said bring my car right in they would be able to put my new tires in that day. The service was very professional, and I really appreciated them fitting me in an hour before closing as I was riding around on a donut tire. They also said when I bring my car in for rotation, they will order me a new donut tire since mine is 29 years old and no longer can be maintained.

I delivered the mail to this store when it opened and six vehicles later I'm still a customer. Always been a good tire store, no need to change even at this time in life.

These guys are fast, efficient, and they will take AMAZING care of you and your vehicle. I had an emergency an hour before store closing, (was trying to fill a tire and just pushed the entire stem valve into the interior of the tire). I called, and Robert answered my call. He said that as long as I get to the store before closing, they'd take care of me. I've never changed to a spare so fast in my entire life lol When I got there, Robert was absolutely fantastic and knowledgeable. In true "customer is first" fashion, he tried to provide an alternative to needing to replace an entire TPMS sensor. I had broken it beyond repair, but I was grateful that he took a moment to investigate as it spoke to his level of attentiveness to a customer; ESPECIALLY at 6 pm, which was closing time. The money spent is so well worth it for the peace of mind and the reliable guys that work at this location. Thanks for the save!

I purchase a lot of tires for several vehicles. Discount Tire has completely competitive pricing. Multiple stores if there is a problem. However the W Hampden Avenue store is the best service I've found. In OTHER stores I've had tires rip while mounting, put on backwards, sent out missing a lug nut but W Hampden store has done me well the past twenty visits.
