It was very quick and easy for me to see what tires were available, and then in less than an hour I got the text that my car was done. Great service and workers thank you!

This location off Coal Mine is excellent! I worked with Alex, who was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process of obtaining new wheels for my Audi A4. The employees here are very detail oriented and take care of customer cars as if they were their own. I highly recommend this location for your tire/wheel service!

Very poor timeliness. Waited an hour and three quarters after having a set appointment. Employees certainly didn’t respect customer’s time spent because the store can’t handle scheduled appointments.

I’ve had seven years experience at this location, and until the latest string of visits, centered around a new wheel/tire combo, I would have been an enthusiastic “yes”. But my experience related to those visits has caused me to reconsider. Considering I had appointments, I found the wait times excessively long, especially as previous times in the seven years, was seen quite quickly with an appointment. More importantly, there seems to be a definite disconnect between what I told the associate I wanted to happen, and what the technicians in the bay understood was the goal. On two of the three occasions, I witnessed actions that gave me concern, intervened, and learned that, no, the technicians did not know that I wanted X accomplished, and were, therefore, doing Y. All this made what could’ve been significantly shorter visits, the better part of two hours each. Although, if I hadn’t been watching, and hadn’t discovered that the wrong actions were being taken, that would’ve made the visits far longer. Bottom line, while the individual employees seem friendly and knowledgeable, teamwork and professionalism seem less than ideal. This location did seem very busy on all three visits in question. Don’t know the ratio of appointments to walk-ins, but if the total is too much to handle appropriately (Job done correctly-without customer supervision; and in a timely manner), then leadership should be leaders and do triage – have people make an appointment, tell them they won’t be seen until all the appointments have been finished, wait till the end of the day - whatever is required to ensure that the people doing the work have the information, time, and space to do the job correctly. This work is, literally, where the rubber meets the road, and I want, need, to feel confident the right processes are followed, and all work is done correctly, before myself and my family start driving. And after my latest experiences, my confidence is not high, hence the “no” recommendation.

Ryan and Dylan at this store are great to work with. They helped recommend snow tires and then shipped them from a different store and had them mounted on my Jeep same day. Great experience.
