This team is inspiring to watch. They were literally running to complete work orders, communicated with each other and were having fun doing it. The quality of their work is also top notch.

I ordered tires and the delivery was quicker than expected. Staff was very respectful and helpful in answering questions about why my tires were making so much noise. The were quick and delivered what they said they would. Very pleased with the service.

We have used Discount Tire for multiple vehicles now, and we are always satisfied! We recommend this store to everyone, as their knowledge and professionalism seem to be unmatched. The employees always do a great job of explaining things, and they seem to truly care about the customer's needs. The only downside is that they don't do alignments, but they were very kind and recommended other great stores in the area who could help. Overall, we love this store!

Great prices and Service!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The shopping experience was easy online, my one time in the store was quick and they did a good job. I’ve had no issues with the tires since leaving the shop. I wish they would have cleaned the rims out a bit more with they were balanced with the new tires, but that’s nothing I can really complain about. Great experience overall.

Employees were exceptional and professional. They were friendly and positive vibe. They were helpful and knowledgeable. These reasons are why I have done business with Discount Tire for over 20 years I think it’s been.

The salesman that waited on me was very kind. My husband has recently passed away and this was a new experience for me. I appreciated his understanding that this was an emotional time for me. I could not have had a better experience.

Best Discount Tire I have experienced and I have been to many all over the US. Professional and courteous staff. Clean waiting area/restrooms. Great tire selection and competitive pricing. I ordered tires online on a Friday afternoon (not in stock) and they were shipped and waiting the following Monday. I dropped off 4 wheels as a walk-in on a very busy day and they fit me in, no problem. They helped me unload and load wheels from my vehicle and kept me updated on progress as I shopped in Brainerd. Other waiting customers seemed content and the employees all seemed happy. Overall great experience (as great as tire shopping gets).

The Baxter, MN store was great! Store was super clean and All the employees were friendly. I had a flat repair and wiper blades replaced. It took about 1 hour. They have customer service down to a science with easy pricing and online appointments.

I had an appointment for tire rotation. They were running behind and it took about an hour. I was kept appraised though and it wasn’t an issue for me.

Was pleasantly surprised to bring my tire that had a nail in it to get fixed and was told “ it was no charge “ as that was Discount Tire philosophy even though I had not purchased it there - very refreshing!

They did a great job friendly faces and they know their stuff and are very helpful
