Customer service was top notch!i I was in and out quickly! Very impressed!

Best tire shop in the Brainerd lakes area. To start with, the price for 4 tires was $400 lower than the other 3 shops I called. The wait time was even faster than promised. Tanner also helped me find a low cost combination for a spare wheel and tire since my car didn't come with a spare. Immaculate service and super knowledgeable and capable employees. I will go here for all future tire needs.

I have used Discount Tire stores in both Texas and Minnesota, and found the staff courteous and knowledgeable. We will be using them again.

This team is inspiring to watch. They were literally running to complete work orders, communicated with each other and were having fun doing it. The quality of their work is also top notch.

I ordered tires and the delivery was quicker than expected. Staff was very respectful and helpful in answering questions about why my tires were making so much noise. The were quick and delivered what they said they would. Very pleased with the service.

Always have had great service at the Baxter location. The crew does whatever they can to make sure I'm in and out as soon as possible.

There was a young man in the back room "yelling." At times I thought he was hurt.When I addressed this with the assistant manager , he said this fella is trying to keep moral up by his antics and would discuss it with him. I felt my complaint was brushed off, no apology for feeling uncomfortable in the waiting room, and not thee valued customer I usually feel like when I leave the store after I had just bought a new set of tires. I will probably send my husband to the store for our future tire needs.

We have used Discount Tire for multiple vehicles now, and we are always satisfied! We recommend this store to everyone, as their knowledge and professionalism seem to be unmatched. The employees always do a great job of explaining things, and they seem to truly care about the customer's needs. The only downside is that they don't do alignments, but they were very kind and recommended other great stores in the area who could help. Overall, we love this store!
