Drove in on a very busy Saturday at 11:45am with low tire pressure light on. Checking pressure on all 4 tires, tech found a nail in one tire. He told me they were slammed but I chose to wait with probable wait time of 3 to 3 1/2 hours. My car was in a bay within 1 1/2 hours and was fixed shortly there after. The whole crew is focused on getting customers served and keeping things moving. They're very knowledgeable about tires and will get you taken care of with the right tire for your price range and what you want for your car. Plenty of great tires in stock but they have no problem ordering options not normally in stock and if you go that route, they arrive fast! You will not go wrong using this store!

They repaired the nail hole in my tire within 30 minutes and couldn't be happier.

My experience at Discount tires is always a good one in Garner, they are always nice, helpful and they do great service everytime I have had a problem. They already give me a wait time and they always complete the work at least 15 minutes before that time. Great place and people.

Great customer service

Despite two other locations telling us to get our two front tires replaced under warranty, tread wore out well before it's rating, this store would not honor it. Our previous two tires were replaced with no issue, although we were given different pricing a couple times, they still prorated the replacements. This location claimed it was an alignment issue which was not at all what two other locations assessed. The variance in pricing, heavy push for warranty, and all around inconsistency make me wonder if there is some incentive that makes this common place. Either way, doubtful we will purchase tires here again. Just hoping that these tires last so we don't need to fight for another warranty covered replacement.
