Drove in on a very busy Saturday at 11:45am with low tire pressure light on. Checking pressure on all 4 tires, tech found a nail in one tire. He told me they were slammed but I chose to wait with probable wait time of 3 to 3 1/2 hours. My car was in a bay within 1 1/2 hours and was fixed shortly there after. The whole crew is focused on getting customers served and keeping things moving. They're very knowledgeable about tires and will get you taken care of with the right tire for your price range and what you want for your car. Plenty of great tires in stock but they have no problem ordering options not normally in stock and if you go that route, they arrive fast! You will not go wrong using this store!

My experience at Discount tires is always a good one in Garner, they are always nice, helpful and they do great service everytime I have had a problem. They already give me a wait time and they always complete the work at least 15 minutes before that time. Great place and people.

Great customer service

Super fast and friendly service. I got exactly what I asked for and the staff didn’t try to upsell me into something I don’t need or want. Overall an incredibly painless experience with a polished and professional company. I was fully prepared to wait a couple hours but they had my car in the bay right after I arrived and I was rolling home 30 minutes later! Also, I know a little bit about rubber and how quickly it can dry rot just from sitting, so I'm always nervous that the tires I get are as new as possible and haven't been sitting in some hot warehouse for months or even years before they make it to me. The tires they put on were new, like manufactured a couple months ago new, and I'm extremely pleased.

I will not recommend this word to nobody and I will never go back again. I was charged twice for one freaking tire in a patch job. This was not cool. I will never recommend them. I will never go back even though I have one right next-door to my house. never again.

Frankie and Joe (store manager) were both extremely helpful. I brought them a very challenging couple tires and they did not give up, spending way more time than most, to replace my tires.
