New Tires and Wheel Store in Rio Rancho, NM 87124

Most of the employees I had interactions with were great. Knowledgeable, frieand helpful. One specific employee was rude, demeaning and has no customer service skills. He was rude and very inappropriate on more than one occasion.

Even though the office is being remodeled and things were a bit hectic, they all made it work. We showed up without an appointment needing help with tires on a used travel trailer we had recently purchased. They were very busy but made time for us and took care of our issues in a friendly and professional way. Because it was an unusual situation we had to also interact with some of the technicians who were professional but also was fun. I was also amazed that they took the time not only to use a torque wrench to specs on the tire in question but on all of the trailer tires. I was very impressed. We’ve bought tires here before for our other vehicles and will never buy tires in the future from anywhere else.

The store was under remodeling construction so the score would have been higher. My experience with this discount tire has always been positive. Great job!

Making an appointment on the same day was a breeze. Only I forgot to let them know I was on my way. But sales person confirmed when I got there and took care of me. I had an excellent experience. I would go back again.

Never had an issue with this location until this visit. The salesperson got the tire size wrong. Thankfully a tech came in to discuss the work with me and I was able to correct his work order to the correct size. The techs adjusted the driver seat into a weird way (way back, seat back way back), and the techs changed the radio station I had it on. Lots of remodeling going on currently and there are no signs on the trailers designating the service desk and the waiting room. I used to recommend this store but I’m not sure what is going on over there right now.
