Maxx helped me find 4 new tires for my BMW after finding out my tires impact bubble damage. He was helpful and I didn’t feel like I was getting “robbed” A day or so after installation the tire pressure light started to come on.. I came back and Juan and Ray resolved the issue quickly

Amari was extremely welcoming and courteous. He gave me valuable information to help me properly service my vehicle. Preston, at the front desk, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me accurate information regarding what my car needed and how long the service would take. I have depended on Discount Tires for decades now. They certainly were a teacher's best friend due to their reasonable prices, warranties and overall service. I would definitely recommend Discount Tires on Coit to friends and family.

I learned long ago to make an appointment. This time for what I thought was a simple low TPM notice and a cap screw in my tire. I was shown the inside of the pull off tire, and wasn't pressured into new tires, but only a fool would have said "no". I bought 2 tires, at a very fair price considering what I have paid for tires in the past and was in and out in under 40 minutes in a crowded and busy store. I have used Discount Tire for over 25 years because their prices are always competitive, even with the membership box stores. If you make an appointment, the wait time is better than average, the service is excellent and the coffee is always free. And if the place is packed you are acknowledged, which is a simple courtesy but it nice to know you aren't invisible.

Everytime I'm having a tire concern I immediately come to this discount tire store because I know they'll explain everything to me to give me a better understanding of why I need certain services. The staff are always friendly and the services are always pretty fast. The discount tire may not be the closest one to me by distance but I always know that if I can just make it to this discount tire, I don't have to worry. Thank your discount tire team!

I called Discount Tire on Coit and 190. Niko (Nikolas) answered. I wanted to see how long it would take to rotate my son's tires. He said the line is short right now and they could get it done quickly. I went right there and he was right. He also found that the TPMS (tire pressure sensors) were out. Discount Tire has a great price on these compared to 3 other places we checked around a prior visit. We got 4 new TPMS sensors with the rotate. My wife had also been looking at new Michelin's as her 4 tires were in replacement range. Niko was able to provide a great price on these so my wife will be getting them installed this week. Thanks Niko and team! We appreciate your selection, service, and policies (e.g. free air and balance/rotate).

Great customer service!

My experience was less than stellar. Came in to get air put in my tire. Was told I had a leak and they would fix it for free since it was a free service they offered. Long story short a lot of upselling to make a sell. My tire that I’ve had for less than 6 months was not “fixable” and could not be explained why it wasn’t fixable. Was asked if they couldn’t fix it could it be replaced and I said yes. I wasn’t even told that it wasn’t fixable until I was waiting for about 45-50 minutes and they pulled my car up and told me to hold on because I had to pay. When I mentioned it was supposed to be fixed, it was a lot of looking around with no answers. I will stick to my smaller establishments for my tires because I definitely got . Lesson definitely learned!
