I was buying tires for a UTV. Checked at another store first and they could not source them. Discount Tires had them listed on their web site and at a competitive price.

Make sure you have time to wait. Also, when your tire PSI is 20, just follow your insticts and make them put in proper PSI for your vehicle. The young man at desk said once you start driving and heats up the PSI will go up. Wrong advice they should of put proper air in and serviced my warranty to the best of their ability. However, this did not happen they are there for the sale but not honor warranty properly. I Never Should Have Droven Off In My Truck With PSI of 20!

I had the worst experience at this location and I have been going to Discount tires for decade's. The back house manager ruined my newly Powder Coated Rims! Incompetent of mounting and balancing expensive wheels! Handled with absolutely no care! My car drove terrible! I informed the store manager Chris and to my surprise he tried to deny his coworker did it, when I then informed him that I show the d front desk person my rims before they were touched by his employee. I then asked for the General Manager and contacted him and to my surprise Mr Steven Estaba handled the issue with concerns and professionalism! He immediately offered to repair my rims Thank you Steven Estaba! I would not recommend taking expensive rims to be mounted or balanced at the Auburn WA Mall location.

I’m not sure what the young ladies name was but she was blond in her 20s she helped me in the biggest way I recently became a veteran and trying to balance the civilian life has been hard especially with having no insurance and becoming ill I have been stuck on paying off medical bills and balancing taking care of my 1 year old son I went in to replace one tire that’s all I could afford this employee and her team helped me with replacing my other worn out tires it meant the world to me I wish I could’ve expressed how grateful I was but I was so shocked I almost broke down in tears I will forever be grateful for the young lady who helped me
