I have been buying tires from Discount Tire since 1998 in Palm Desert,Ca. Now I buy them in Phoenix,Az. I have never had a problem with customer service from the dealers. On a trip to Las Vegas thought car tires out of balance, stopped at a Discount Tire in Las Vegas and they quickly did a rebalance and rotation on the tires. That to me was great customer service.

IMPRESSED!! In and out under 30 minutes as a walk in with 4 new tires installed. Thanks again guys you did and an AWESOME job!!

As a woman, I’m always a little cautious when it comes to car repairs or tire services, but Jon took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s such a relief to find someone trustworthy who genuinely cares about helping customers. Highly recommend this location and Jon in particular!

It was a good experience. The time was really good, fast. I had made an 8am appointment but believe they need to handle those a little better.

I scheduled a flat tire repair and when I was given my car back, I asked, what was the issue with my tire and the young man gave me two different answers - it was a nail and the valve was replaced. I went about my day, running my errands, and when I got on the freeway, my car sounded like the tire was flat but also like the tire was bulgy. I went right back and they took my car back in fairly quickly. I was informed that the lug nuts were loose. And then I was told that the tire wasn't balanced correctly. I didn't know who to believe or what to trust. So I asked my husband to come and talk to the person helping me. They finally figure out the issue with my tire and offered to replace one of the sensors at no charge. A couple of days later my tire was low on air. We found the staple that punctured my tire which was the initial issue I scheduled an appointment for. Was the tire even checked? So I won't be going back to Discount Tire!
