I have been buying tires from Discount Tire since 1998 in Palm Desert,Ca. Now I buy them in Phoenix,Az. I have never had a problem with customer service from the dealers. On a trip to Las Vegas thought car tires out of balance, stopped at a Discount Tire in Las Vegas and they quickly did a rebalance and rotation on the tires. That to me was great customer service.

IMPRESSED!! In and out under 30 minutes as a walk in with 4 new tires installed. Thanks again guys you did and an AWESOME job!!

I had a great experience at Discount Tire! Jon was incredibly helpful and honest from start to finish. As a woman, I’m always a little cautious when it comes to car repairs or tire services, but Jon took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s such a relief to find someone trustworthy who genuinely cares about helping customers. Highly recommend this location and Jon in particular!

James and another associate did a terrific job and the younger emp came out before I even came into the store to offer assistance. He showed me how to reset the 2018 Honda Accords tire pressure error display on my dash. This was very helpful in the event I see this again as I was attempting to do the reset on the steering wheel controls where you can reset other systems. I was also not aware that the tire pressure system doesn't use a TMPS hardware. Good to know. He also said that he checked and had staff add pressure to spare which takes roughly twice the pressure as other tires. It only took 1 day to get the tires I was requesting into the store.

The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. They were able to assist me with finding the best tires for my vehicle. Even though I could track the status of my car by the link that they provided they actually would come and talk to me about the status. Additionally, they were able to get me out faster than estimated which was actually very nice.

All the gentlemen were very kind, efficient and got me in and out! I’ve learned my fair share about cars since having my first one, and Discount Tire is always my go to since they don’t try to confuse me or hike up prices since I’m a woman. Always fair, consistent and reliable. Staff here were all friendly, smiling and interacting well with all customers. Even some that were having a language barrier. Was nice to see people enjoying what they do. First time at this location and I’ll drive the extra miles for their service. Thank you!

The location in Tempe on Baseline is way better. The pricing at this location is higher than other and the service is HORRIBLE. I was quoted a wait time of 30 minutes to change a tire I purchased. I waited an hour and a half while watching people come in after me and be serviced right away. When they said my car was ready, my tire light on the dash was still on showing all my tires under pressure. The new tire I purchased was not even placed on my car!! When the manager was called, he pretended that I was overreacting, so I walked him to my car and showed him. He said nothing further after. 30 minutes more later, my tire was replaced and my tires were all inflated to the correct pressure. No other staff members said anything else to me (no even have a good day). Please do not waste your time and money at this location. There are far better ones across the valley!!

I appreciate being able to stop by and have my tires checked for proper inflation and tire tread. I like being able to purchase my tires on line and making an appointment to have them installed not only because it saves time but I can pick a day and time that works for my schedule.
