I would like to commend and thank, Domenic Fisher, he is the epitome of a manager and should be recognized for his professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, and really listening to my concerns. I was in before my appointment time and out in a very reasonable time. Installation, balancing, tire pressure all was perfect thanks to Domenic and his vigilance. This was my 5th set of tires I have purchased from this store, at this location. I must say this was the smoothest and best experience I have ever had there. Please everyone reading this go in and see Domenic for all your tire needs!

Always very customer friendly. Wait time not bad at all. Great tire store. Long time customer. No complaints. I give them a 10+ rating. Excellent friendly service, wait time wasn't great as they had to get a tire from another store. The flow of customers moved very quickly.

Took my Tesla to Discount Tire for an alignment and tire service and had a great experience. The staff was fast, attentive, and knowledgeable about electric vehicles. They explained everything clearly and got me in and out quickly without cutting corners. Solid customer service and quality work, definitely recommend if you drive electric.

Yeah I guess it’s clean. But who cares when their machines can’t read a simple tire center. Then sell to more that also don’t work.

Discount tire techs have been overall helpful and knowledgable. HOWEVER- Beware of the online appointment times. The last three times I made appointments, the wait was closer to two hours for a 15 minute tire change. Discount Tire-please do better if you care as much about customer service if you say you do. I suggest perhaps keeping a bay open to honor all those online appointments. Or take that option off the website and take walk ins only. If you care about customer service, don't just talk about it , show it to all customers, not just new ones. I came to Discount because I heard of the great customer service but it is lacking. You say it is a corporate issue so please send this to them. Thank you.

Reggie Prieto provided outstanding customer service when I had a flat tire caused by a nail on the road. He truly went the extra mile to help me get my car safely to the shop and made a stressful situation much easier. He was professional, kind, and very helpful throughout the entire process. I really appreciate his dedication and would highly recommend asking for Reggie if you need assistance at the tire shop.
