Great Customer Service, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I will be back for more great Service in the near future for my other vehicles.

I've taken 3 vehicles to this Discount Tire location and the tire service has been amazing. And the customer service is fantastic. Everyone I've dealt with has been super-knowledgeable and capable and friendly. Whoever does your hiring is the best!

It was good, I had a little wait to see an associate due to the rush of people that Saturday morning.

For the first time in 30 years of buying from Discount the service was embarrassingly bad. We bought one tire and the technician put the air valve inside the cap. Fortunately I checked the tire before we left and the reason I did is because they had done the same exact thing a few months earlier on a different tire at the same Discount location. I asked for it to be fixed and it took over 30 minutes. I had told the associate I was in bit of a rush and he showed no urgency to fix their mistake. This comes after a few weeks ago having a tire repaired at the same location and they did not replace the lug nut covers back on one of my tires for a different vehicle. Now I will have to buy new ones to replace the ones lost by Discount. I am not sure what is occurring the Montana location but for a business that prides itself on service, there is very little at this location.

Everything was relatively fast to fix a flat and rotate my tires. One hour. My only two issues was they lost all my paperwork. The whole folder. With all my receipts and warranties. Also the tires came out underinflated and I had to go get into the line to have them properly inflated. The staff was very nice
