Discount Tire Store Magnolia, TX was great. I came into Discount Tire to install new wheels on my truck and they did a wonderful job. Definitely suggest this store to anyone looking to get auto work done.

At discount tire they obviously value their customers and it shows from the moment you drive up.

Greg the store mgr is a man of conviction and ethics! When the store opened over a year ago they made a human mistake which caused a problem for my wife and myself to be stranded with an unuseable spare. This inturn cost me $500.00 due to towing etc... When I confronted them with this days later they made a promise to me that they would make it up on our next tire purchase or reimburse me at the time. I decided to take the purchase option. Over a year later they delivered and exceeded my expectation and delivered on their word! This is why we as a family only purchase our tires from Discount Tires for many years. They always live up to my high standards and even though Greg's team made a mistake that was problematic for myself and my wife they made it right. What defines a great company is how they own their mistakes (which we all make) and how they make things right! Greg and his team did exactly that! Thank you so much!

This location was very organized, fast, and efficient. In less than 45 minutes I arrived and was back on the road with four new tires!

Professional. Watch all sales personnel assisting other customers, very friendly and caring. I had an appointment. Was in and out in 30 minutes. Great service.

I would suggest that you involve Joey in employee training and interviews. He has what it takes in customer service and in my opinion, must be an asset to the organization. I ask for him because I feel he has my best interests above just making the sale. Trust is earned and that is what he exemplifies.

Overall great experience. However, once my truck was ready, I was not notified. I saw my truck in the parking lot and had to ask if it was ready.

Employees need training in making sure tires are not overinflated past their recommended maximum pressure.

Wait time was reasonable, since I did not make appt. Actual time in service bay was okay. Problem noticed after driving away, one of the tpm sensors was not registering. Drove about 4-5 miles before returning to the store. Reported the problem to the store staff and another member checked the tires and could not clear the problem. He stated he would have another member with more experience with this type of problem to check. After checking, the second individual found one sensor was not functioning at all and a second tire sensor was also sketchy. He had to remove the tires and found that one sensor was broken and the second was cracked. He stated the damage probably occurred either when the tires were removed or replaced during the tire rotation and balance process. In the end, I finally left the store around 3:30pm. I had arrived around 11:35am, I know because after being checked into the store I called my wife to let know where I was. That call was made at 11:49am This was my second experience with Discount Tires on this day. I had been to another Discount Tires store earlier that morning. I cannot say 'I would not recommend Discount Tires'. Hopefully this is a lesson learned. I have been dealing with Discount Tires since the early 1970's and I will continue. I need to remember the moral of this day ' Do not visit Discount Tires on Friday'
