Made contact with staff within five minutes of entering the store. Was very pleased they finished 40 minutes before the estimated wait time, especially as busy as they were. Clean store with bottled water available for the customers. They found a nail with no head in my tire and were able to repair it. The store was very busy, but they still took time to wait on everyone as they came in the door.

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I dropped off my white 2023 Corvette at this location on Wednesday, October 8, because both my front right and rear right tires had nails in them. The nails were in the sidewalls, so the tires needed to be replaced. These are run-flat tires, not common sizes, but the staff assured me they were ordered and would arrive by Friday so the replacements could be installed Saturday. When I stopped by on Monday, October 13, to check on my car and pick it up, I was shocked to learn that no one had ever even created a work order for it. My car had been sitting outside in the parking lot for nearly five days untouched. The employee confirmed the tires had already been delivered and were sitting in the shop, ready to go — but because someone failed to enter the order, nothing had been done. Even worse, no one from the store ever contacted me — not once. The only reason I received a text at all was because I showed up in person to ask about my car. After realizing the mistake, an employee texted me later that day to create a ticket — five days after drop-off and only after I came in and discovered the issue myself. That’s not proactive communication; that’s damage control. I’ve been a loyal Discount Tire customer for over 20 years, and this is the first time I’ve experienced such poor service and complete lack of accountability. I own a business myself, so I understand mistakes can happen, but this wasn’t a simple error — it was a total failure in communication and process. If I didn’t have another vehicle, I would have been stranded for almost a week because no one followed up. Your customers rely on you for timely, professional service — not to have their vehicles forgotten in the parking lot. Hopefully this was a one-off at this location, but my experience shows a serious breakdown in organization, communication, and customer care.

My experience was great. Very stream lined and organized. I learned so much about tires and I appreciated that, especially being a woman. Highly recommend !!!

As a long time customer, with great experiences in numerous stores, this Midland Tx on Andrews street did not hit the mark. Numerous employees on the phone instead of taking care of the long line in the store, assistant manager that checked me in seemed not interested in working there. Manager not encouraging anyone to help us. Three hours for two tire installation via dropoff. Several minutes to pickup keys because no one in the front would help when I returned. Managers constantly on the phone.

Roman and crew did a great job. I recommend everyone go to this store. Very friendly staff and they are very efficient. Thank you for always taking care of me and my family.

A great and down to earth place. The guys are very personable and they give you their undivided attention as if you are the only customer in the store. Mason is awesome. I only deal with him when I go. The other guys are good also !
