About Our Tire Shop

Welcome to Discount Tire, serving South Hill and surrounding neighborhoods of Puyallup. We’re located on Meridian East (Route 161), one mile south of South Hill Mall and three miles south of the Washington State Fair Grounds.

We specialize in new tires and rims, and we’ll quickly get your vehicle ready to hit the road. From our four service bays, our on-site experts perform precision services, including wheel and tire installation, rotation, balancing, repair and winter tire changes.

I came in on a Saturday, with just one hour left for the store, because they were closing early for an event. I had a repair for a tire, and was met as I was exiting my car my young man who said we could take care of you. He then said, no problem. We can take care of your car right away even if you need new tires. The entire staff was friendly and efficient, and was done in less than an hour. They were closing shop early, because the manager was rewarding them with a dinner. Class act!

I found out the night before I was going to be working by the store. It was late in the day but I call the store to see if he had the tires in stock. He didn't not have the tires but said he could get them for the next day and to just drop my truck off in the morning. I dropped the truck off in the morning with Jimmy and he had it ready for me when I was done with work. As per usual Puyallup Discount Tire delivered!

This has been my tire store for over 20 years. They have always treated me very well. Many, many wheels and tires have been purchased there. I just had a set of Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires mounted on my 2013 Camaro SS. Although the the process was smooth and timely, they forgot to place the wheel weights inboard like I asked. Still a great store and I will be back. Maybe for another 20 years?
