New Tires and Wheel Store in Puyallup, WA 98373

I came in on a Saturday, with just one hour left for the store, because they were closing early for an event. I had a repair for a tire, and was met as I was exiting my car my young man who said we could take care of you. He then said, no problem. We can take care of your car right away even if you need new tires. The entire staff was friendly and efficient, and was done in less than an hour. They were closing shop early, because the manager was rewarding them with a dinner. Class act!

I found out the night before I was going to be working by the store. It was late in the day but I call the store to see if he had the tires in stock. He didn't not have the tires but said he could get them for the next day and to just drop my truck off in the morning. I dropped the truck off in the morning with Jimmy and he had it ready for me when I was done with work. As per usual Puyallup Discount Tire delivered!

This has been my tire store for over 20 years. They have always treated me very well. Many, many wheels and tires have been purchased there. I just had a set of Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires mounted on my 2013 Camaro SS. Although the the process was smooth and timely, they forgot to place the wheel weights inboard like I asked. Still a great store and I will be back. Maybe for another 20 years?

Excellent experience with young men moving and getting things done. I came in for a nail in my tire. Got me in fairly quickly and repaired the thing and got me back on the road. I was there the previous week for a tire rotation. They all appear to work well together. very pleased.

I had a fantastic experience from ordering to having my tires and wheels mounted. The whole team from the store associates to the techs was super friendly and helped me get set up with the right tires for my new wheels (from another vendor). The tires showed up super quickly (same day) so I was able to pop back in as soon as my wheels were delivered. They let me know that they'd be very careful when mounting the tires to the wheel since the wheels were pretty pricy. They gave me an estimate and were able to get me in and out below that even with a few cars ahead of me. What really blew me out of the water was when they came to let me know that there was a bolt holding my brake line missing and they secured it so I could go back to my dealership and have them fix it. I was absolutely floored because I have been to places in the past that would never say anything about something like that, if they even noticed it. I can't begin to express how appreciative I am for that. I will 100% be back to this location because the level of service I experienced was above and beyond the traditional tire buying experience.

William(?I think was his name) helped me sort everything out from the second I pulled into the lot. Again, great service. I added wheels after the fact in-store and still left within the hour.

We just got both our cars new tires. We did everything online. We went in for the appointments. We were instantly helped and both times accurately quoted to be an hour wait time. They went over other things we should address but we’re very efficient and knowledgeable. We will be back for our third car.

Really helpful group of people. Jimmy is really great, helped me with tires at a different location years before, happy to see him at the puyallup location. Great team, great service. Wait times are not bad either, try to book an appointment online if you are on a time crunch.
