I worked with Lucas who was quick, knowledgeable, and attentive. Had all four tires and windshield wipers changed in less than an hour and with no appointment.

Fast, professional service. This store knows how to value and treat cars correctly unlike other stores of the same name in the general area.

Amazing staff members! I always feel awkward to go in for free service (flat tire, 3rd time to Discount Tire…), but they always make me feel comfortable and welcome! And always quick and professional service! Whenever I really need to change my tires, I would totally go back to Discount Tire!

A usual great visit to my preferred tire service. They were able to get me in quickly without an appointment and they honored a several years old warranty on their previous sale to me with total replacement and no charge whatsoever for materials or labor. They also were working past the closing time!

I have been a customer of Discount Tire for years. Their knowledge and service has always been exemplary. One year, on Christmas Eve, I was on my way to a family gathering and had a very, very low tire. I pulled in just 10 minutes before they were to close. They were friendly, courteous and went to work immediately to check my tire. They didn't find anything wrong, filled it with air - no charge! I was on my way to see my children and grandchildren! My visit at Discount Tire ended 15 minutes after they were to close. I couldn't have been happier or more grateful!

Never a problem at the Redmond, WA shop. I wish I could single out one employee that was great, but truth is, EVERYONE there was awesome. From management on down, everyone was helpful, respectful, professional and most importantly on task. Not one staff member I saw was slacking off. That entire store was trained right and hired the cream of the crop. The entire vibe there needs to be studied and replicated by corporate. I never have a problem going there nor confidently recommending that shop to friends, family & co workers.

Bryce was quick to come out and give me a hand. Drywall screw stuck in my tire. Gave me a quote as well for when I do replace the tires with the same brand. Tech who preformed the repair was quick and very courteous as well!

I went there to repair a tire I had noticed was leaking air. The staff member I interacted with was very nice and helpful. They ended up finding a screw in my tire and repaired the puncture at no cost to me. The repair was finished quickly and I was able to pick my car up well before the expected pickup time. If you have any issues with your tires, this is the place to go.

This was a wonderful experience. The staff was very attentive, friendly, and worked to assist me with a specific request. The guys who installed my tires did not damage to my rims which I always worry about. They did fantastic! Will use this store for my other vehicles as well.

My experience was a good experience . I first came in to discount tires not really expecting what to know or what to receive from the services, with meeting staff with integrity and ordering up tires and from the first steps of ordering tires to measuring was a good experience. the wait time all was not the longest that I have ever waited but it was good within timing and they had gotten done early which is nice.

The Redmond, Washington store offers great products, prices, and service. I purchased Discount's road hazard policy, and when a piece of crushed rock penetrated the tire, they told me the were putting a new tire on as the damaged tire was not repairable. No muss, no fuss. Their records showed I had the policy, and there was absolutely no effort on my part to produce receipts, passports, pictures of my cats, triplicates of the policy, nothing. I have used Discount Tires for decades(!) and have always received fair value for a fair price. On one occasion, I was watching through the window as the techs were mounting a wheel. A new employee was doing the 'work', and an experienced employee was explaining each step, and double checking that everything was torqued correctly. I am always pleased to see actual training and emphasis on proper procedure, including safety. Discount Tire seems a top-notch operation to me.

I was very impressed with the strong work ethic of all the employees. The front staff were prompt and courteous, and the work crew was efficient, quick, and competent. I was quoted a wait time of 60-90 minutes, but was in and out in 45. I strongly recommend their services!

I have always had great experience at Discount Tire. The staff is courteous and helpful. During my last visit there was an issue with some service that was performed. I brought it up and the staff was diligent in addressing the issue and giving me a credit for my troubles. In particular I want to appreciate Rory for his help and excellent customer engagement. It was due to Rory I ended up also replacing my tires on other car as they were worn out.

Threw away aluminum valve stem caps, handed plastic ones to replace myself. Was told to "make sure everything is bolted on correctly". Unaware I had to bring a torque wrench when paying to get tires put on.
