New Tires and Wheel Store in Spokane Valley, WA 99206

Always a great experience getting my tire done here, but this time I had forgotten that getting new tires also means getting new valve TPMS stems. Not crazy about going from metal stems to rubber ones and I'll have to mention that the next time I get new tires.

I've been getting my tires at discount tire for years and I appreciate the service they give me and I'm handicapped so they have responded to me in a very emergency type fashion the two emergency time situations ,I had they took care of me immediately and I appreciate that very very much thank you so much

We appreciate the professionalism of the entire staff.

Had an appointment but my tires were really bad and was told I could leave my car there all day and they would get to it. They were super communicative about the process so I had to call and ask where my car was at however they do call you when your car is done. These guys took on extra cars then normal and stayed open over an hour after close thanksgiving eve to make sure everything was done.

It was great as usual.

Great service with a very knowledgeable team of employees. Scheduled appointments is a great idea to reduce wait times.

I like this store and the service, but needs better communication on delays and when job is completed

My only complaint is, when making the online reservation, that is supposed to be faster wait times, doesn't happen due to how busy this store is. I still would recommend the online booking, but it is never put in the bay on the scheduled appointment time. Other than that, everyone at this store does a great job.

Always quick and efficient

My experience was dropping off loose wheels and only to have new tires mounted. The specfic instructions given and taken at the front desk were not relayed to the techs in the shop. There were not supposed to be any weights attached to the outside of the wheels, and instead use tape weights if any were needed on the outside. When I picked up the wheels, one of them had two weights attached to the outside. When I asked the counter person about that he said there was a definite disconnect between the front desk and the shop. #2. After dropping off the wheels and going home I recieved a text stating they were ready to go, so I drove back to the store only to find out nothing had been done yet. I was finally able to pick up the set the next day.

I was very happy with the service I got at this store. I ordered my tires online. I brought wheels for them to be mounted on and left them at the store. The tires weren't delivered yet, but they were mounted and balanced very soon after they arrived. I came back to the store and they offered to mount the wheels on my vehicle for me. I now have some very aggressive 15 inch tires for this winter to go with my good front tires for stopping. I watched them mount my wheels and was happy to see them doing it properly without damaging my lug nuts. I have been a Firestone customer for many years, but they no longer carry many 14 and 15 inch tire selections anymore. They recommended I come to Discount Tire. I'm sure glad I did.

Del runs a good crew.

They didn't torque my lug nuts for my new tires. The nuts almost came off and couldn't have coat my family their lives. They should check and double check before they release the car back to owners. We will not be coming back until they can rectify this and improve their safety checks.
