First set of Cooper tires, and so far, I have no complaints.
Tires are doing well and performing as expected. But will not purchase another set of Cooper tires due to their rebate process. It was total chaos dealing with Cooper to get our $70.00 rebate that was owed back. After doing some research it is an ongoing issue with Cooper to get your rebate reimbursed. Cooper Tire is owned by Good Year. It was part of the deciding factor because of the rebate promoted by Discount Tire that I purchased Cooper Tires. With the price of tires nowadays the least these billion dollar companies could do is provide adequate customer service. Discount Tire executives might want to look into how Cooper Tire handles their rebates before promoting their product. Discount Tire has always provided great customer service to me and my family throughout the years. Thank You Discount Tire
