Ryan and his crew do excellent work. They listen to your needs, answer any questions and do their best to help you make an informed decision when purchasing tires. I never felt pressured or rushed into making a bad decision just so they could make a sale unlike my other local tire dealers. I plan on using Discount Tire for all my tire purchases moving forward as their nationwide warranty is unmatched in the industry.

The guys there are very helpful and courteous. Will be back for more tires soon.

I had an 11:30 appt. Got there at 11:10 and they took my car in right away. No waiting and didn't take long at all. Very nice amd great customer service by all of them.

Not happy with office manager who stayed behind closed doors for over 20 minutes while I waited in the lobby to announce I was there for my appointment to have new tires mounted. This manager finally stepped out once there was another customer service representative was back from attending a customer in the parking lot. Until this other service representative entered the lobby this manager stayed hidden and did not attend the lobby customers.

Great service and crew! Fast and efficient ! Thought I needed a new tpms but turned out my home air pressure gauge is faulty!

Surprisingly fast service, considering the blown spare tire and failed wiper blade were not things I could schedule in advance.

It would be nice if tire installation was included with the purchase of the tires, but overall everything was fine.

I want to recognize the Burlington Store in Washington. The manager, Ryan, and Justin are AMAZING!! My husband took his truck to get some new rims and tires. There was a mix up, but those guys took such good care of him that I went there to get my horse trailer tires. I had a great experience from beginning to end and Justin helped me out a lot. When the guys were changing the tires, they noticed that the last company that worked on my trailer had put the lugs in the wrong way. They fixed them and then let me know about it. The manager took the time to personally help me with this issue. I HIGHLY recommend the people at the Burlington, WA store if you need any type of service that they provide. They even do windshield wipers!!

Great friendly service, knowledgeable staff, short wait time for tires, clean showroom and restroom. This is my second set of tires and when it is time to change tires will return again.

the shop guys apparently do not pay attention to their shop tickets other than that they were very friendly especially the lady working the inside counter.

Very knowledgeable and super friendly employees, And quite efficient if I might add... I was out of their in record time..... Also very satisfied and still had money in the bank!!!!!
