Very friendly and knowledgeable, I don’t buy tires anywhere else. They will take care of you.

Although I bought the tires at a branch out of state, I went to the Burlington store for my tire rotations, A job I used to do myself. I was very impressed with the team at the Burlington branch and will gladly let them do all my rotations going forward.

I have been a les swhab guy my whole life and they have fallen to worst tire shop, and discount tire has rocketed to the top in all areas of service. When I leave the store I am always very satisfied and I feel like a valued costumer.

The crew at the Burlington WA store rock, we've got 5 cars in the family and they look after us extremely well.

The 4 tires I purchased went on a 30 foot RV Trailer. One of the older tires was swollen, and there was cracking between the treads. Salesman Good. Shop workers terrible. I saw Agustin STOMPING on rim center cap, to force it in. I went and looked, and it was wedged in, not centered. So the guy just stomped on it. AND tires were only inflated to 60psi. WHEN the tire sidewall says in LARGE PRINT to inflate to 65psi. So I had to make a special trip to correctly inflate the tires. I have bought RV Trailer tires at Discount Tires 4 times over the years. ALSO these tires were replacing the 4 that I bought at Discount Tires Gainesville Florida March 1, 2023. YET this stores ‘system’ could not find the record of sale, or the road hazard policy. I showed them my google review I posted for this store in 2024, when they warranteed 1 of the Gainesville tires with a damaged sidewall. THEN they replaced the swollen cracked tire under the warranty. My quoted job went from $900 to $600. It’s baffling that the Discount Tire ‘system’ showed that I had Car tire, and RV Trailer tire purchases as far back as 2010, in 3 different states, YET the purchase at Gainesville, Fl was not found in the ‘system’. Had I not found my google review and showed Jordan Wright, I would of OVERPAID quite a lot. Not sure who I should believe here. AND 4 hours is a ridiculous amount of time to wait.

This location has taken care of all my vehicles tires over the years. Also many trailer tires and rims.

Excellent service and could not have been happier.
