All of the crew at this store are fantastic and I won't go anywhere else even though the Redmond store is not the closest one. They always go out of the way to help, are fast and friendly and do a great job (even when I've been in twice in a 2 week period needing flat repairs!).

I was so happy with the professionalism and great experience with the Redmond Discount tire store, that I found myself telling my neighbors how awesome they were and anyone else that would listen. For me, it is rare to feel so good about a transaction at a tire establishment, or anywhere related to my automobile maintenance.

We have been using Discount Tires for all of our vehicles for 40 years. I wish that they would have been able to put the tires on my EType Jaguar, but, at least I was able to have them mount them on the wire wheels for us to bring home and mount ourselves. I may have to find another tire shop to do the entire job in the future, as I am too old to do this myself.

I have used the Redmond Discount Tire store many times over the past 20+ years. It never disappoints.

Henry was exceptional to work with. He beat a quote from a competing company. I only had an hour and a half before I had other commitments. They got me in and out in 45 minutes despite being very busy. Exceptional service.

Had a flat tire which I changed. An embedded nail!!! Then drove straight to Discount Tires (Redmond location) where they repair for free since I always buy tires there. Easy peasy. No fuss. They were busy but efficient. No charge and on my way. Took longer for me to change the tire!

I was given an inaccurate wait time, it was about double what they told me. Even then I only got out of there because I complained.

Wonderful experience at Discount Tire. I received a great deal on all four tires, and Jacob provided outstanding, helpful service. Highly recommend.

Store chairs are very uncomfortable. Poorly designed.
