This is the store, the rare one the one where customer service is truly their goal and it shows in every aspect of how this shop runs, individual ownership by each employee is obvious they move quickly and stay busy all with the bottom line of making the customers wait, shorter very efficient and on top of their game I’m an older guy and I remember when customer service like this was common in this case today it’s rare so if you want a tire shop that’s gonna take care of your needs be considered of your time and thorough in their work this is in the shop,, very knowledgeable staff who doesn’t push you into something more expensive, rather something more practical to your needs, usually giving you multiple choices based on budget and safety,, this will be my permanent shot, and the one that I will hand down to my children and tell them not to go anywhere else,,, if I could get more than five stars, I would especially to the staff.. only suggestion I would make is bring back the coffee in the lobby.. other than that 100% perfect.

Been coming here for 15 years or more. Always the best customer service, the best prices and the most Services offered free of charge that I’ve ever seen. With prices of everything going up everywhere it’s wonderful to know I can still get free flat repairs, free, tire, rotations, and this last visit they even fixed the rim on one of my daughter‘s tires that was bent. All free of charge. If you want to go somewhere with great prices and over the top excellent customer service come here I promise he won’t be disappointed.

Always prompt professional service. Every time I go in there, I know I’m gonna be treated with respect. I will be given honest information on what my car/tires need. I love that. I’m always given several options when I need new tires. So I can pick what’s best for me and my budget. I never feel like I’m being sold the most expensive thing just so the store can make money. I’m given all the information I need and supported in making the decision that’s best for my vehicle. To save the customer service here is top notch would be an understatement. I have never once in the 10+ years I’ve been going to discount tire ever had anything but except exceptional customer service. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for tires. having the free tire repairs doesn’t hurt either. Again wonderful customer service.

I came in for a tire repair we had an appointment for the 12th of January for new tires, upon repair request technician told that they have time to put the new tires on that day, we are extremely happy with the awesome customer service. It was a delightful experience!!

Best shop in town. All the guys here are great, but Anthony should be your go to guy every time.
