I've always had good experiences with Discount Tire and wouldn't go anywhere else for tires.

Received a free set of Pirelli 70,000 MI tires from Danny the store manager for some misinformation I got regarding one of my patched tires that Discount Tire patched several months ago and started to fail. Longer story behind that which I won't get into but I thought it was awesome that they put on four brand new tires for free. Danny mentioned that safety trumps profit so he did the right thing and I highly appreciate that! Great place to go for tires

I have been buying tires from Discount Tire/America's Tire for 30 years or more. Service and pricing have always been top-notch, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. My favorite example of their great customer service happened when I got a flat on a car I had only recently purchased. When I brought it to Discount Tire, they repaired it at no charge simply because I was a returning customer — even though they hadn't sold me the tires on that vehicle. Naturally, when that car needed new tires a couple of years later, I went straight back to Discount Tire.

This is the store, the rare one the one where customer service is truly their goal and it shows in every aspect of how this shop runs, individual ownership by each employee is obvious they move quickly and stay busy all with the bottom line of making the customers wait, shorter very efficient and on top of their game I’m an older guy and I remember when customer service like this was common in this case today it’s rare so if you want a tire shop that’s gonna take care of your needs be considered of your time and thorough in their work this is in the shop,, very knowledgeable staff who doesn’t push you into something more expensive, rather something more practical to your needs, usually giving you multiple choices based on budget and safety,, this will be my permanent shot, and the one that I will hand down to my children and tell them not to go anywhere else,,, if I could get more than five stars, I would especially to the staff.. only suggestion I would make is bring back the coffee in the lobby.. other than that 100% perfect.

Been coming here for 15 years or more. Always the best customer service, the best prices and the most Services offered free of charge that I’ve ever seen. With prices of everything going up everywhere it’s wonderful to know I can still get free flat repairs, free, tire, rotations, and this last visit they even fixed the rim on one of my daughter‘s tires that was bent. All free of charge. If you want to go somewhere with great prices and over the top excellent customer service come here I promise he won’t be disappointed.
