Toyo Tire Open Country A/T III

Upgrade to the Toyo Open Country A/T III 33X12.50R20 LT 119Q F2 BSW, an all-terrain tire built for drivers who want off-road traction, responsive on-road handling, wet-road confidence, severe-snow capability, and a quiet, stable ride. This 33X12.50R20 Open Country A/T III is a popular 33-inch flotation fitment for select GMC Sierra 1500, Ram 1500, Toyota Tundra, Ford F-150 Raptor, Ford F-150, Chevrolet Silverado 1500 models, plus similar trucks and SUVs using 20-inch wheels.

Why choose the Toyo Open Country A/T III in 33X12.50R20?

  • Built for lifted Jeeps, Broncos, midsize trucks, half-ton pickups, and trail-focused SUV builds: The 119Q F2 rating is built for heavier custom trucks, diesel pickups, towing setups, and large wheel-and-tire packages.

  • On-road comfort with off-road bite: The Open Country A/T III is designed for predictable highway handling, quiet ride quality, and confident traction on gravel, dirt, job sites, and weekend trails.

  • 3PMSF severe-snow capability: The tire carries the three-peak mountain snowflake symbol, giving truck and SUV drivers added confidence in cold weather and winter conditions.

  • Durable all-terrain tread: Toyo's tread compound and design focus on wet performance, cut-and-chip resistance, off-road grip, and long treadwear life.

  • Trail-ready tread features: Staggered shoulder lugs, stone-ejecting blocks, increased lateral grooves, and 3D multi-wave sipes help support traction, stability, and even wear.

Tires are doing as expected. They are somewhat noisy depending on what kind of road surface I'm driving on. The tires are on a 2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport 4x4 all factory w/o any lift. Very smooth ride on and off road. Tires don't hold rocks in the tread and mud cleans out at a good rate while off road. While driving in a down pour of rain the tires did well w/o any hydroplaning or traction loss. Very pleased over all.

Great tire. However, original balance could have been better. Experiencing a slight front end shake around 60mph. Need to make an appointment for a rebalancing. This is my third set of the Toyo open country AT.

For a daily driver tire this is it! I’ve had terrible luck with BFG before and I couldn’t wait to get them off my 4Runner. I’ve ran the Toyo R/Ts and M/Ts in the past and liked them a lot. With that being said the AT3 does not disappoint, part of me could go for a slightly more aggressive sidewall but the driving comfort and how silent these are on the road makes me forget about that entirely. If you’re in the fence between these and other all terrains… I can confidently recommend the Toyo AT3 to about anyone who is doing mostly city and highway driving.

Tires are on a Jeep Grand Cherokee trailhawk edition. I wanted something to beef up the look of the car, and these did it! They are not as noisy as I anticipated, which is nice. I haven't driven them in snow yet, but looking forward to that coming up. I can't really comment about tread life on the tires as they were just put on a few months back.
