Discount Tire has the reputation of fairness and no upselling. Both compliments are accurate. They are my goto for tires and I highly recommend them.
Discount tires has terrible customer service. I bought sets of tires for 8 cars over the years and recently the organization is terrible. They damaged my Mercedes and I am still fighting with them over a year. When I go to the drive thru for air check no one is there for service. I visited 6 discount tires in my area within 2 days no service. Stay away. I will be purchasing new tires because the road noise is so loud with the Yokohama tires, I can't stand taking the Mercedes out for distance travel. I won't shop at Discount any longer.
GREAT TIRES
The online research process coupled with calling my local (Roseville) store was a perfect combination. I was able to find the tires I was looking for online and call the store for pricing and availability. I spoke with Max who asked me several great questions about my car & driving habits and then he was able to recommend a much better tire for lower price (Yokohama) with higher mileage rating than what I was looking at (Michelin). I had Michelin tires 3x and never did get the full milage rating from them and the road noise was really loud. Max took his time to walk me through the advantages of the Yokohamas. He was courteous, professional, and very kind-especially for a busy Saturday. My tires and appointment were within 1 day and Aaron checked me in/out. He was also very kind, efficient, professional and made excellent suggestions for my installation and four new TP sensors. My car was done in less than one hour. The service was excellent. Competitive prices!! I am very happy with my purchase and service at Roseville AT store. We've been pleased with the Discount Tires family of products & service since our first purchase on 21st st. in Wichita, Kansas. We'll be back!
