The online research process coupled with calling my local (Roseville) store was a perfect combination. I was able to find the tires I was looking for online and call the store for pricing and availability. I spoke with Max who asked me several great questions about my car & driving habits and then he was able to recommend a much better tire for lower price (Yokohama) with higher mileage rating than what I was looking at (Michelin). I had Michelin tires 3x and never did get the full milage rating from them and the road noise was really loud. Max took his time to walk me through the advantages of the Yokohamas. He was courteous, professional, and very kind-especially for a busy Saturday. My tires and appointment were within 1 day and Aaron checked me in/out. He was also very kind, efficient, professional and made excellent suggestions for my installation and four new TP sensors. My car was done in less than one hour. The service was excellent.
