very good tires
These are my third set of the Yokohama-series tires. Obviously they change and from one set to the other as far as the manufacturer's design and material but essentially, its the same tire. I am a big fan of these tires. They are long-wearing, fantastic grip for being a fairly-standard street tire. They balance well and overall I am happy with them. They are a bit noisier than I would like and they ride slightly stiffer than I would like. That said, drive the car (2011 Golf 2.5L 5 cyl, 5-speed manual) like a go-cart and these tires take it all in stride and keep me on the road even when I push the car to its limits.
I have never owned Yokohama tires, and these replaced the original tires from when I bought the car new. For this vehicle (GMC Terrain) and my semi-aggressive driving style, they're really good and it has been a good experience, so far. Can't really find a weakness with these, yet, and I'm pretty picky. Recommended!
