The employees are very knowledgeable and are very kind, unfortunately the wait times are abysmal, even making an appointment.

The service at this location was quick and efficient. My four tires and TPMS sensors were replaced within less than 45 minutes. Very pleased with the professionalism of the staff.

Recently went in for slow leak, mail found, repair made under warantee, we use DT as we travel across the country and can get help anywhere with them. Auburn Hills store like many we’ve been to are great, great staff, good people skills and training that shows. Rare these days. Good job DT

I was dumbfounded by how good this store was. I had settled in expecting a 2 hour wait. I got a text after 25 minutes saying my car was ready. I assumed they text the wrong per but then saw my car pull up to the curb. I was very impressed and will recommend this store to everyone I know.

Kyle was awesome. Took the time to discuss options and vehicle needs. Never did I feel rushed or pressured despite coming in during a very busy time. The team did an outstanding job installing tires in the time frame they stated. Would highly recommend.

Fast and professional, Matt and the entire team at the Auburn Hills location completed our 5-car winter tire rotation on the same day. They made recommendations without pressure and seemed to genuinely care that we had a positive experience. Overall our experience was five star worthy and I would easily recommend this location to family, friends, and any others looking for new tires or tire related services.

1 week ago, my daughter had front right wheel bearings replaced at a repair shop in Marquette. She came home for spring break. Friday 4:30pm, car was doing same thing as before: traction control light on, front right low tire pressure message, ABS warning light on. I was right by Discount Tire, so pulled in. They found that sensors are pointing at wrong tires, and back right tire was actually low. The ended up replacing bad valve stem for free. Matt (?) also took off front right tire to see if bearing/connections looked OK. He did all that he could do and I appreciate how quick they got us in!!!

I have been using DT for yrs. this particular day and time, they seemed short handed and were training according to employee at desk. I waited almost 2 hours for tire rotation, have never waited this long.

Great service at this location. From the sales staff to the service workers, they do a fantastic job with great pricing.
