I was greeted right away when I walked into the lobby. The very kind gentleman that helped me walked out to my car with me. I showed him the screw in my tire. He got me settled in the lobby and said it was going to be about 2 hours. I did not have an appointment. They had bottled water available for people waiting. A very clean bathroom. And the estimate for my wait was far less time then expected. I waited about an hour. I was perfectly happy to do so, as I did not have an appointment. I will continue to go back to this location. Amazing!
