I ordered 4 tires and made an appointment for the following day. It took the better part of an hour for a salesman to call me up and after another long wait, I was told that they had only received 3 of the 4 tires I had ordered. They hadn't even started on the truck at that time. It took another 45-60 minutes for the tire to get there. I was there for just over 2 1/2 hours before I got my keys back.Neither of the 2 salesmen I had worked with were there, nor the Manager. I would avoid Discount Tire on Gilbert and Riggs at all costs. Am considering wheter or not I will ever go back to this company. My wife and I have been customers of Discount for over 20 years here in the Valley. Absolutely a 0 out of 5!
