Best discount tire store in Gilbert , the staff is kind and never rude .

Staff is always friendly when I go in. If it’s to get tires rotated, or to purchase new tires, or just get air pressure checked.

People parked in fire zone and your employees are helping people get out of parking spaces because people won’t move. One of your customers wouldn’t move until I asked them to move then threw a fit. I did have a confrontation with one of them because of this. Also I didn’t get a valve stem cap on my tire which it had when I brought the tire in. Customer service has really gone down hill in the last few years in every field. Please take the time to get everyone on board. I hate writing bad reviews

Carson provided in-depth answers to all my questions and provided an alternate solution how to repair another vehicle that is not driveable in its current state.

I had a tire that was losing air pressure and determined that it had been punctured. I spoke with a person that took my information and advised me it would be a 45 minute wait. I had made a 1:00pm appointment. I was informed the vehicle was in a bay and being serviced. In less than 10 minutes Don returned my keys and informed me they were finished. He also informed me the service was complementary. How could I not recommend Discount Tire after that?

Scheduled rotation and balance. About 30 minutes and I was on my home. Guys at the counter took the time to “shop” my next set of tires for my truck. I will be purchasing them at that location in the near future.
