I was called in a day earlier than my appointment because my online order had arrived. I was told it would take 30-35 minutes for the install, which would have been terrific. I took my car over and after 15 minutes my vehicle was taken into the garage and I was hopeful. Then the staff informed me they could not find the tool to unlock the locking lug nut. They then tried to rush me out telling me I had to contact the vehicle dealership. They stopped me from looking in my vehicle abruptly and sent me home. The moment I got home I found what they couldn’t under the backseat, it had come out of the proper spot, but was not hard to find under the spare tools. I went back to the store immediately. When I arrived they did not take my car in until all the other cars there had been seen. After an hour and a half as my service began they took off a tire that should not have been removed. When I alerted to this, I was told they realized their mistake but this did nothing towards instilling any confidence that they should be working on my car. My level of frustration was very high. I lost an entire afternoon without apology, and will not return to this location. This is not the first bad experience I’ve had here, but it’s the closest to my house and in emergency convenient to have a vehicle towed here. I’ll find another store next time I need work done.

I got a great "black Friday deal" on new tires for my truck! Made the appointment online and they were installed really fast! My spare was installed back under my truck. Very pleased with how this was done. Thanks!!
