I have never bought a tire anywhere else in my entire driving career. I am have always trusted them and was disappointed. I Dropped off my vehicle for a flat repair, I was advised that if they couldn’t fix it they would use the spare. I trusted their experience as tire experts and expected as always a great outcome. I went to a friends birthday party. I received a text that my vehicle is complete within 30 minutes. I Came back after a few hours only to find out they couldn’t fix it and used the spare. They did not move my wheel over and I had to set an appointment to come get that done because it would take an additional 30 minutes or so. I quoted new tires for off roading and left. Upon entering my vehicle my alerts were flaring, the TPMs sensor was reading 0, they had not moved over my sensor and the computer constantly alerts me as well as Nissan constantly sends me emails telling me I’m in danger with my tire. I called in and asked about it and was just told they would take care of it at my appointment. I was not aware I had to request to move my TPMS sensors or wheels, but I understand now moving forward. Lesson learned.

I had a flat that needed to be repaired right away; they took care of it for free (thankful for the certificates I bought!) within a good timeframe. There was a bit of a wait, but I knew that would happen so I wasn't frustrated. Highly recommend this place.
