I had a tire problem and I had to get to the airport. They found a replacement tire in Denver and ordered it. My son will pick up the car when they are done. It would've been a real problem for me if they hadn't been so helpful.

I feel comfortable whenever i walk into Discount Tire stores as the staff are knowledgeable , friendly and HONEST. good fast efficient service and many options on tire and wheels to choose from. only drawback is that Discount Tire do not offer a alignment service which would then make them a comprehensive tire service place.

Not may places feel like they really work hard as a team and get a ton of work done. I've spent longer at a McDonald's drive in than it takes to get tires here. I even ordered tires online and they arrived within the week on the same day from two different states away and they installed 3 boat trailer tires lightnight fast on a busy Saturday without an appointment. Made everything easy, couldn't appreciate it enough.

Very helpful and honest

Great customer service!! The team also seem to have a great bond which really helps out the customer service aspect. Whoever the manager is has set this store up with a great culture amongst the staff. Most of them have mustaches so it makes me crack up, because not all of them are great mustaches (Justin has the better one, in case y'all are reading this). I am always in and out of the store fairly quick and they are precise with the timeline of the repair/install.

Had both my cars in this week to rotate and balance tires which is done free of charge. But they also found a nail in one tire and fixed free of charge as well. Super friendly!! Thank you!! Its a nice change from the rest of the world and how bad customer service is elsewhere.

SIMPLY AMAZING! I bought four new tires online and made an appointment for them to be installed. From the moment I pulled up to the moment I drove away from this location, it only took 30ish minutes to get them all installed! It was very quick and efficient; I will definitely be back and make appointments instead of walking in from now on!

I was greeted by a Discount Tire manager (wearing a shirt), and was kindly told that I would be helped. A new employee helped me with my Tire Rotation and Balance. It was completed very quickly before so could even write down study questions.
