Danny who assisted me was very knowledgeable about the tires I wanted installed on my vehicle. Was very patient and had me in and out within 30 minutes upon my arrival. I definitely recommend the Metro Center location. Wasn't very busy either for a Saturday morning, walk in.

Eric was great. He was Friendly, warm, and answered all of my questions. He was visiting from another store. I didn't feel wecolmed anymore after I was asked if I made a purchase at the store and I said no. My intention was to do an add on purchase of windshield wipers, but I changed my mind. The tone changed and it felt like a rush job. It is what it is. I will see if I have better luck at the location in Scottsdale.

I can't believe how well that went. I ordered my tires and set my appointment online. My tires were there and they took my car right in when arrived at my appointed time. I couldn't believe when they came to get me about 40 minutes later. I was in and out in under an hour with 4 tires. I was expecting a much longer wait. The guys were very accommodating and professional.
