I trust the advice I get on tire size/performance and wear. Always a good experience. One visit, there was a very irate man who was demanding that the manager place spacers on his car. The manager politely repeated he could not do it, it was against policy. The man kept telling him angrily "another Discount location put them on his car before." What you guys have to put up with some days!!

Always a great experience at this location

I had an appointment and waited almost an hour and a half to have my car pulled into the shop. A person who arrived 30 minutes after me had their car pulled in and completed before mine was.

I had an appointment at 915. Dropped my car off early to run errands. Not li g after I left they text my car was done, I had it picked up and back home about the time my online appointment was scheduled.

This was my 2nd visit to Discount, with the 1st. In Flagstaff last week. Staff is very professional and fast !! No charge for flat tire….I’ll buy tires here !!! I was impressed!!!!

They have excellent employees and store is well run. When I see this type of excellence, I give credit to leadership.
