This team is amazing and I can see no matter how busy they are they do everything that can to create a great experience for every customer.

Good service, I am comfortable for my wife to take our car here if I'm not avaiable.

My only complaint is that there was a line about 6 people deep and at one time all 3 staff members were on the phone. I think the people in the store should be taken care of before the phone calls. Other than that the staff was extremely nice when they finally got to us.

Discount tire employees put customer service first! From the people who check tires for air pressure to the people who check tires for tread to those who sell new tires, the experience is always the same, excellent! And an added bonus is free rotation and balance. I love Discount Tire!

First Class Operation

The customer service @ N Scottsdale shop was great. I had tire repair done and all the guys were friendly and professional. They gave me some good information but did not push any "new tire" sale on me. Chip shared where I was at on tread & said I was good for a while based on my mileage. We will definitely buy tires when ready from this location.

Great service. Fast!

Immediately went to need new set of tires when I only had 13k on them. High pressure sales, I came in for a flat fix and most of the time was to sell me tires. Free flat fix is how you get customers in the door. I brought two flats in on separate cars and always pushed new tires. I was a garage mechanic, I wonder how many people fall for the high pressure sales of tires and warranty pitch.

Pressure sales to sell more tires that do not need to be replaced is not okay

Once finding the proper entrance point, things went well. This is in a convoluted shopping center with no real signage/directions. The line of cars we waited in for 45 minutes was for tire air checks. The only sign noting this was turned sideways and not noticeable. That technician had to tell us to go around to the other side of the building. There is nothing on the website as to how to access the main entrance.
