My second trip (in ~10 years) to this particular store was a very necessary one (aren't they all?), but made easier by the crew's competence and efficiency. Well deserved reputation for products and service.

Temo was very friendly during my tire inspection and very informative about my options when we realized I needed new tires. I did not decide to buy tires that day, but I may very well come back once I have the money to do so. I also had a great experience with the gentlemen to checked the pressure of my tires. The whole experience was very quick and easy, as well as free which I very much appreciated.

did research on tires for my truck called asked the total cost and set up appointment, waited about 5 min after time for appointment and was out in no time. have been with discount tire for over years

Bought 4 new sets of tires, returned to the store because the right front wheel is not holding pressure. It was fixed but when reinstalling the wheel back the stud broke. I have to wait for the manager for the instruction on what to do for at least 10 minutes, not too friendly and unprofessional when he spoke to me. Seems mad about the situation, used to go to National City location but decided to go Chula Vista, which is closer. BAD IDEA, should have driven farther for a friendly service.
