Popped tire by accident and waited forever to tell me. Received free tire for the error so I booked and appointment to get 3 more tires. They forgot to order the tires so I had to come back a third time. I will never go back to this store or any other Discount Tire after this.

Store sold me tires and when I came back for me free rotations, advised that my car is not serviceable die to the type of lug nuts I have. No credit or refund offered. I would have bought my tires elsewhere if I had known. Not ethical.
